TaYA is a membership organization. At the apex, the General Assembly and Board of Directors oversee Talent Youth Association. Under the board is the secretariat, which is mandated to implement TaYA’s operational duties. Headed by the managing director, the office constitutes two main departments, Finance and Programs. TaYA currently has 11 staff members and additional volunteers.
