As established earlier, TaYA’s competitive advantage lies in youth empowerment. TaYA is seeking behavioral change in Ethiopia’s young men and women, which results in their improved health and well being. TaYA’s approach in its project activities will be characterized by the operating model framework. The framework indicates that the project activities will be characterized by Education and Training, Mentoring, and Networking & Partnership. Detailed capacity building and empowerment activities utilizing this triangle framework will be outlined in specific project proposals.
