The TaYA Success Center will be the first Ethiopian job readiness center that brings together the Ethiopian government, a local NGO, and a bilateral NGO together to support employment opportunities of youth ages 15-29.

• The Addis Ababa Bureau of Trade and Industry will have an additional outlet for offering high quality training classes that prepare youth for employment or starting their own business.
• The Kirkos Sub City Bureau of Youth and Sports sponsors the youth center. The TaYA Success Center enhances the many offerings that the center already has for local youth. 
• Talent Youth Association combines its work with thousands of youth through its reproductive health activities and offers them additional skills to prepare for healthy, productive lifestyles
